Job Description

You will join one of our delivery teams to collaborate and deliver industry leading email marketing content for our ecommerce clients. A team consists of Account Managers, Designers (you), Client Manager (team lead), QA’s. Your role is to create graphics, designs and email layouts for ecommerce brands in your team. required to create banners for a particular campaign, flow email, or perhaps the entire email design.

Breakdown of the role

  • Reading and understanding the campaign brief with design instructions in order to create email designs and banner graphics
  • Creating various pieces of graphic content for e-commerce brands within your team
  • Contributing to design trainings and meetings on a weekly basis
  • Taking a brand book, guidelines or previous style and creating a cohesive design for email marketing campaigns

Requirements

  • 3+ years graphic design experience, UI / UX or web design acceptable
  • Degree in art, design or marketing strongly preferred but not essential
  • Experience working in an agency not essential but strongly preferred
  • 1 year minimum experience working in digital marketing design
  • Fluent in English (native standard)
  • thrives working and collaborating in a team
  • Understanding different design styles and naturally associating them with brands, being able to make design-based decisions based on industry experience
  • Photoshop / Illustrator expert level

Email Marketing Executive

Job Description

You will join one of our delivery teams to collaborate and deliver industry leading email marketing content for our ecommerce clients. Your role is to create content that will be as effective as possible in achieving our goal whether it be revenue generation, building engagement, design, brand building etc.

Breakdown of the role

  • Creating monthly content calendars for ecommerce brands
  • Submitting requests to the design team of what graphics you need created for your envisioned email
  • Putting the emails together in klaviyo and writing the copy
  • Building flow strategies, plans and implementing them in klaviyo.
  • Klaviyo account maintenance, segmentation etc…
  • Attending regular calls with the team for project management and development

Requirements

  • 2+ years of email marketing experience
  • 1 year minimum ecommerce marketing experience
  • 2+ years experience using Klaviyo
  • Fluent in English (native standard)
  • Capable of working and collaborating in a team
  • Photoshop/design experience preferred but not essential

Client Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Klaviyo email marketing manager to join our email marketing agency in a long term remote-based position. Your primary role will be leading a team of copywriters and designers in the delivery of email marketing services (Campaign/content strategy, flows and automations, lead generation and pop ups). You will be in direct communication with the clients and will be in charge of leading your team and implementing effective email marketing strategies for your clients.

Breakdown of the role

  • Managing a team of designers and copywriters to deliver and implement email marketing services.
  • Communicating with clients on a daily basis.
  • Building email marketing strategies for clients.
  • Creating client progress reports.

Requirements

  • Email marketing experience (Klaviyo strongly preferred).
  • 2+ years E-commerce marketing experience.
  • Confidence in communicating with clients.
  • Be able to commit to a full-time position over the next 2-3 weeks.
